• Usage data: device type, browser, IP address, and pages visited, collected automatically for analytics and security purposes.

• To create and manage your CurioPass account.
• To process class bookings and subscription payments.
• To communicate with you about your bookings, account, and CurioClub updates.
• To provide enrichment vendors with pre-qualified trial information necessary to deliver classes.
• To improve our Platform through aggregated, anonymised analytics.
• To comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Disclosure of Personal Data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data with:

• Enrichment vendors — limited to the information required to fulfill a booked class (e.g., child’s first name and age range).
• Service providers — such as payment processors, cloud hosting, and analytics tools, under data processing agreements.
• Authorities — where required by Singapore law or a court order.
